10. Bookings, deposit and cancellations
Appointments are confirmed with a deposit of 20% of the price, which is refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is paid by bank transfer or Bizum; the rest by bank transfer or at the studio. Published prices include VAT unless otherwise stated (the armocromia kit for professionals is shown + VAT).
